Shipping Policy

Ascension Research & Analytics processes qualifying orders quickly and carefully within the United States. All delivery timeframes shown at checkout or referenced on this page are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Orders over $250 qualify for free estimated 3-day shipping within the United States. Orders of $250 or less are charged the applicable shipping rate shown at checkout based on destination and selected service. USPS Priority Mail commonly targets 1–3 business day delivery, but transit times remain estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking details are provided once a shipping label has been created and the order has been processed for shipment. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

No Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Orders cannot be returned due to customer error, preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will review the issue case by case. Any replacement, refund, or other resolution is issued solely at our discretion.
