Orders are placed directly through our website checkout process. If you are interested in a custom or bulk order, please reach out to us at orders@ascensionresearchgroup.com or contact@ascensionresearchgroup.com and our team will assist you.

We process all payments through Stripe. Upon order submission you will receive a secure Stripe payment link via email — Stripe accepts all major credit and debit cards as well as several other payment methods.

Once your order is submitted you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. A secure Stripe payment link will follow within 24 hours. Simply click the link, complete your payment, and your order will be processed.

You may request to modify your order at any time before payment is completed. To make changes, email us as soon as possible and we will sort it out. Once payment has been received your order is final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

We ship to all 50 states within the United States.

Standard shipping takes 2–3 business days from the time payment is confirmed. Local pickup is available and can be arranged as soon as the same day or next day depending on the time your payment is received.

Shipping is calculated based on order size:

• Small (1–3 vials): $12
• Medium (4–6 vials): $15
• Large (7–10 vials): $20

Bulk and custom orders may have different shipping rates — contact us for a quote.

Yes. Once your order has shipped you will receive a USPS tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

Once a tracking number has been provided and your package has been handed off to USPS, any loss or damage in transit is the responsibility of USPS and is outside of our control. We are unable to offer free reshipments for lost or damaged packages. However, if you are able to obtain official documentation from USPS confirming the loss or damage, we will extend a 45% discount on your reorder as a courtesy.

All of our compounds are sourced from suppliers who provide Certificates of Analysis from accredited third-party laboratories, ensuring identity, purity, and label accuracy for every batch. We are committed to transparency and quality at every step.

COAs are available two ways — visit our Lab Reports page located at the bottom of our website, or simply scan the QR code on your vial for direct access to your product's COA.

No. All products sold by Ascension Research & Analytics are strictly for laboratory research and experimental use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption under any circumstances. By purchasing you confirm that you are a qualified researcher and accept full responsibility for compliance with all applicable local and federal laws.

Yes. An account is required to place an order. You must also be 21 years of age or older to register and purchase from our site.

Order updates will be sent to you via email. Once your package has shipped you will also receive a USPS tracking number to monitor your delivery directly.

Yes. We offer competitive bulk pricing for larger orders. Please note that bulk and custom orders will have higher shipping and handling costs and longer processing times than standard orders.
